This past summer I had an opportunity to catch up with DJ Dan - one of the key figures in the development of the underground dance music movement in the early 90's. From his beginnings with legendary DJ collective Funky Tekno Tribe to his countless productions and remixes, Dan has managed to stay relevant in the dance music scene for almost 20 years - certainly no small feat.
